Who does what
Mowing and general landscape maintenance don't need a Florida state license. Fertilizer and pesticide application are done only by people holding the required FDACS certification, within local fertilizer rules. Line-voltage lighting circuits go to Uniform Electric, and pests in the lawn or the house go to Uniform Pest Control.
