How the discounts work
Member discounts apply to eligible Uniform labor and service fees across active Uniform trades. They don't apply to materials, parts, equipment, permits, taxes, third-party provider charges, included benefits, or work already discounted by another promotion. Your estimate shows the discount on each eligible line.
How the included labor works
Diamond includes four handyman hours each month for eligible handyman tasks at the member home. Hours don't roll over. Materials are billed separately. Licensed trade work (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) isn't handyman work and is quoted by the licensed trade.
What "next-day priority" means
For eligible urgent requests in active Diamond ZIP codes, Uniform will offer a next-day appointment window when local capacity and conditions allow. It is an appointment priority, not a promise that a repair will be finished within 24 hours. Severe weather, parts delays and safety conditions can affect timing.
What membership is not

Can I cancel?
Membership is month to month. Cancellation terms are in the membership agreement you review before paying.
Is this a home warranty?
No. It's a home care and coordination plan. It doesn't pay for repairs or replacements, and it isn't insurance or a service warranty.
What if my home has two AC systems?
Platinum and Diamond include one standard system. Additional systems can be added for a quoted price.
Do unused handyman hours carry over?
No. Diamond's four monthly hours don't roll over. Your coordinator will help you plan them, often around your quarterly walkthrough.
Do I need a membership to book a trade?
No. Anyone can call 856-UNIFORM for a single job at standard rates.
How do I pay?
