What a home concierge does
- Takes every home request through one phone number or email
- Matches the request to the right trade and schedules it
- Gets your approval on a written estimate before work starts
- Keeps a record of systems, visits, photos and upcoming maintenance
- Follows up after each visit and handles any problem
What a concierge doesn't do
The concierge coordinates; licensed trades do the work. Your concierge won't diagnose your water heater, but will get a licensed Uniform plumber there and make sure you understand the options.
A typical month for a Diamond member
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Week 1 | Coordinator reviews the home record: generator service due next month, one open estimate. |
| Week 2 | Handyman hours used on a door adjustment, two drywall patches and new caulk in a shower. |
| Week 3 | AC drain clog reported; next-day appointment offered with Uniform HVAC; cleared and logged. |
| Week 4 | Owner approves the water heater estimate; Uniform Plumbing schedules installation. |
Is it right for you?
A concierge makes most sense when you have several systems, little time, or a home you're not always in. If you only need a plumber once a year, you can simply call that trade. Compare memberships.
